Director

Derek holds a degree in Civil Engineering (Sydney University) and Contractor Builders Licence No 54690C. He has over 40 years building industry experience and has constructed over 1500 medium rise apartments, major retail centres and extensions, education facilities and commercial buildings for a wide range of institutional, retail and developer clients.
Stephen Hughes

Commercial Manager

Steve holds a Bachelor of Building degree in Construction Management (University of Technology, Sydney) and has over 20 years building industry experience. Stephen has been an integral part of our team for the past 20 years and is responsible for ensuring that our suppliers and sub-contractors continue to perform to the standards required.
Sharon Johnson

Administration Manager

Sharon has been with Westbourne since 2007 and looks after administration and finance. With a background in providing business support for companies for over 20 years, it is Sharon's role to ensure that Westbourne's day to day administration operations are run smoothly and to make sure that all queries are directed to the best person to answer your questions.
