A collection boutique apartments situated in the heart of vibrant inner city suburb Burwood, Adela presents a contemporary approach to living that delivers practical flexibility for the future.

Westbourne has again partnered with Aoyuan after the successful completion of Esplanade Norwest to build Adela in Burwood. With 107 apartments, extensive landscaping to the street frontage, and a striking face brick facade this project was completed in mid- 2021. Adela was a challenging site with many constraints, each of which expertly managed by the Westbourne project team. We look forward to growing our partnership with Aoyuan.
